Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Usually, it takes us 4–10 days to fulfill an order. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 4-8 business days

● Europe: 4-8 business days

● Australia: 6-12 business days

● Japan: 6-12 business days

● International: 7-21 business days

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm the correct delivery address

● Contact us at info@animeclo.com and we will identify any issues with the delivery.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at info@animeclo.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact.animeclo@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

We offer returns and exchanges up to 30 days, please get in touch by contacting us at info@animeclo.com.

Please note: We currently accept return items to our UK hub as our US facility is not yet equipped to handle returns. You will need to cover return shipping at your own expense.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered as long as you notify of us of intent to return within 30 days and the item is received within 45 days. Upon item receipt we will issue the refund. Please contact us at info@animeclo.com and we will arrange your return promptly.
